Returns

Every Mauricio Becerra piece is inspected by hand before it leaves our atelier. We stand behind every piece we make.

Should a piece not meet your expectations, we accept returns within 14 days of confirmed delivery. The piece must be in its original condition, unused, and accompanied by its dust bag and cards. Pieces that show signs of use, alteration, or damage will not be accepted for return.

To initiate a return, contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will respond personally within 48 hours with instructions.

Once a return is received and inspected at our atelier, a refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days.

Return delivery costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked and insured service. Mauricio Becerra does not accept responsibility for pieces lost or damaged in transit during a return.

Exchanges

We encourage exchanges over returns wherever possible. If a piece is not right, another one may be.

Exchanges are accepted within 21 days of confirmed delivery. The piece must be in its original condition, unused, and accompanied by its dust bag and cards. Exchanges are subject to availability. Not all colors or styles are available at all times.

To initiate an exchange, contact us within 21 days of delivery. We will respond personally within 48 hours.

Delivery of the exchanged piece will be provided at no additional cost. Return delivery of the original piece is the responsibility of the customer.
