The following terms apply to all orders placed through mauriciobecerra.com. By completing a purchase, you agree to these terms.

Orders

All orders are subject to availability and confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of pricing errors or suspected fraud. You will be notified promptly if your order cannot be fulfilled.

Pricing

All prices are listed in United States dollars and are subject to change without notice. Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address. Customs duties and import taxes for international orders are the responsibility of the buyer.

Payment

Payment is processed securely through Squarespace Payments at the time of purchase. We accept all major credit and debit cards. Orders are not dispatched until payment has been confirmed.

Production and dispatch

Every Mauricio Becerra piece is prepared individually before dispatch. Orders are dispatched within 5 to 7 business days from the date of purchase confirmation. You will receive a tracking reference once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery

Complimentary delivery is available to the United States, Canada, and Mexico. For deliveries beyond these territories, please contact us before placing your order. Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control.

Returns and exchanges

Given the made-to-order nature of our pieces, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective. If your order arrives in an unsatisfactory condition, contact us within 48 hours of receipt through our contact form with photographic evidence and we will resolve the matter directly.

Repairs

We provide complimentary lifetime repairs on applicable areas such as edges, thread, and surface finishing. Damage resulting from misuse or unauthorized treatment falls outside this scope. Contact us before attempting any treatment yourself.

Intellectual property

All content on mauriciobecerra.com — including imagery, copy, design, and the Mauricio Becerra name — is the exclusive property of Mauricio Becerra and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written consent.

Limitation of liability

Mauricio Becerra shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our liability is limited to the value of the order in question.
